THE WORLD IS YOUR MIRROR: INTRO TO SHADOW WORK pt.1 5/11/24

In this 90 minute workshop we learn the very basics of Shadow Work—

What is a shadow? How do we recognize our own shadows? How can we work with our shadows, heal our shame and evolve in our lives and relationships?

You can be certain that the parts of you that are most rejected and denied within you will show up in your life in the form of other people. Our psyches long for wholeness, and in their infinite wisdom and poetic mystery these buried parts of us will unconsciously seek out a mirror through which to help you see your lost selves. Shadows and triggers are opportunities to reclaim more of your own wholeness and in this course we will dabble in the process of uncovering a shadow and finding its gift!
